To create this salmon dip, start by flaking the baked salmon into small pieces, ensuring to remove any bones and skin. This recipe is a great way to use any leftover salmon.
Transfer the flaked salmon into a medium-sized bowl. Add the cream cheese, chopped onion, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh dill, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Ingredients  1x2x3x7 oz (200g) baked salmon7 oz (200g) cream cheese1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice2 tbsp fresh dill , chopped1 small red onion , finely choppedlemon zest of a lemonsalt and pepper Baguette Toasts1 baguetteolive oilsalt and pepper

Instructions How to prepare the baguette toastsPreheat your oven to 400F (200C).Cut the baguette into slices. Brush olive oil onto the top of each slice and place onto a large baking sheet. Sprinkle each slice with some sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place into the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until they are light golden brown. Remove and let cool.
