Ingredients MetricUS Customary 1x2x3x125 g cranberries80 g oat flakes80 g dates40 g chia seeds50 g peanut butter30 g nuts
Instructions Place all the ingredients in a Thermomix bowl and ground them for 15 seconds on speed 7. If using a blender, use maximum speed. Shape the mixture into balls by hand and refrigerate for an hour and a half til they harden. These will keep for up to 10 days refrigerated in a lidded container.
